Greenhouse gas emissions trading: a cost-effective solution to climate change

The Board of Directors of Western Climate Initiative, Inc. (WCI, Inc.) will hold a teleconference meeting on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time / 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time. During the public session, the Board will review and consider approval of the September 24, 2025, Board Meeting Minutes, elect officers, appoint members to standing committees, and review and consider the approval of the New York Funding Agreement Amendment. The Board will then convene an executive (closed) session to discuss jurisdiction and personnel matters.
